    Training Method

    All our training follow the same structure,

    the training agenda is based on the 5 steps learning scale:



    Step 1: Acceptation of the change

    Trainee perform the skills based on their current practice level, instructor comment on the result

    Objective: create the necessary concern:  I need to improve my current practice.


    Step 2: KNOW


    Instructors introduce standard method link to the skills to be developed.

    Objective: initiate new skills and prepare its acquisition.


    Step 3: DO


    Instructors and trainees perform together the skills following the standard method to be learned.

    Objective: transmit the competency as an action. Something DOABLE.


    Step 4: UNDERSTAND


    Instructors make the link between method, cultural basis and attitude expected from a western point of view.

    Formalization of the method through Mapping and Routine.


    Step 5: COACHING


    Trainees redo by themselves under coach supervision the implementation of the skills.

    Open Session (Level 1 & Level 2)

    Need: You want to revise a working skills, to introduce new level of efficiency in your company, to learn how to do differently. You have few team members to train.


    Solution: We organize OPEN TRAINING SESSION every month, you register your team member and they attend the training mixed with others companies staff.


    Attendance: 5 to 10 trainees


    Level 1: 1 day session → 3,000 RMB per seat,
    Level 2: 2 days session → 5,800 RMB per seat.


    Schedule: contact us for monthly schedule (delivered 2 months in advance).

    In-house Training (Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3)

    Need: You are a SME and face your own challenge and you already have a working basis, you want to deploy your system, optimize your organization and plan to train at once your whole team.


    Solution: We organize for you your own dedicated training session based on your documents and your situation. ½ to 1 day on site with you to identify current status and define training priorities, 1 or 2 days training session and on site coaching only for your team.


    Attendance: 5 to 10 trainees


    Level 1: 1 day session → 15,000 RMB per session
    Level 2: 2 days session → 28,000 RMB per session

    Coaching: 10,000 RMB per day


    Schedule: on requirement.

    In-house Training (Level 4)

    Need: You want to focus on a specific project and implement real change, you need support on the solution, the method and the implementation and you want the change to be sustainable.


    Solution: We audit your system and organization / we define together the scope of the project : what to do and what performance to achieve / we organize a training for your team / we implement with them the change on your site.


    Attendance: 5 to 10 trainees


    Audit fee: 5,000 RMB
    Training fee: 15,000 RMB per training day
    Coaching on site fee: 10,000 RMB per day
